We can all use hope–this month more than ever. Fortunately, we have the hope of Christ illustrated this Friday as we remember Good Friday and then again on Easter Sunday when we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. Never lose hope. It is around us and within us. And in case you’ve forgotten, here are 11 reasons why you should never lose hope.
Reason #1 — God’s Not Worried
If God Wrote You a Letter
Are you poor, weak, crippled, blind, depressed, exhausted, doubtful? Are you abundantly wealthy, healthy and successful? My raging river of healing power is rushing your way. Dive in and let me carry you to where the real action is. I invented the laws of nature, so I can break them. I sculpted the marvelous creation around you, so I can renew what has fallen. I am giving hope to the hopeless, peace to the restless, power to the forgotten, salvation to the helpless. Join me.
I’m not intimidated, even by your wildest requests. Bring them to me. In case you’ve forgotten, I already know what you want and need and all that you dream about and worry about and are desperate for. So come to me often, with boldness and confidence. I love to hear from you. I want to bless you. I want to sweep you up in my power and plan.

Reason #10 — Jesus Is Risen
If you’re not familiar with Keith Green, he was a Brooklyn-born singer/songwriter in the mid-70’s/early 80’s who spoke and sang with a prophetic voice. This song is powerful!
Reason #11 — Jesus Is Still Risen!
I love this modern take of Jesus’ resurrection. Imagine getting a text from friends that Jesus had risen. (I have goosebumps now.) Guess what? Jesus has risen and he’s STILL risen!
