IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I am aware of everything going on in your life. I do not bless or discipline and then turn my back. My eye is always on you. You are never away from my love or span of care. So when you feel overwhelmed or believe the way a person or group is treating you is excessive, or the consequences for your sin are extreme, I see it. I am aware, and I will not permit it to go further than necessary. I want you to trust that I am at work. You do not have to sit idly by or allow others to torment you. Seek me and listen. Follow my instruction. I may want you to resist or defend yourself. But I always want you to trust.

I especially want you to return to me. Turn from any evil practice or thought. Don’t be like your old self or those who were terrible examples. Respond in repentance. Acknowledge when you’ve gone the wrong way. Confess and turn back. My arms are open, and I will always welcome you.

NEXT STEP
Your priority is to stay connected to God. Even if someone mistreats you, God knows and will provide for you. Continue to place your faith in him. Take time to pray, asking God for help and acknowledging you know he loves you.
