KEY VERSERomans 3:23-24 (Bad news & good news)
For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.

Everything may not feel right with you now, but I have set things right. The consequence of choosing wrong, hurtful, destructive behavior is death. I am life and, when you shut me out, you have no life. Without me, you can only pretend to be alive, and, in the end, all you have is death. But be encouraged because I have set things right.

Fall on your face and worship Jesus, the perfect, holy Son of God. Because of Jesus, you are free from death. Jesus is the sacrifice on the altar of the world. Because of him, you don’t have to be good enough. You can stop letting the parasite of guilt eat you from the inside out. Because of Jesus, you are not guilty. Because of Jesus, I see you as having never sinned. Because of Jesus, you can stop pretending. You can live, not just now but forever! Fall on your face and worship Jesus.

Worship Jesus. If possible, physically assume a humble posture, bowed in awe before your savior. Give him praise for everything that comes to mind.
