And they cried to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb. For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to survive?”
IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Because you trust me, you don’t have to face the judgment. Do not be frightened of the things to come. I am your gentle savior who welcomes you to the new world beyond this brief existence. I have prepared a beautiful place for you. Live life with purpose and abundance now, and when this life is over, you will have something to look forward to in the next life. Anything you have experienced so far doesn’t come close to what awaits you in the future.
When all of humanity sits before my throne, everyone, however powerful or weak, will tremble at my awesome presence. You, as a believer, can bow before me, joyfully, confidently, expectingly awestruck. You belong to me. But there will be a different story for those who proudly reject me. The rich, the poor, the Kings, the commoners, the generals, the soldiers, the beautiful and the plain—anyone who refused to respect me and flaunted their unbelief—will scatter in terror, clawing at the rocks and caves for a place to hide. They will finally realize that, without Jesus, they are not worthy of my glory. They will not escape the wrath they mocked.
