IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I will create a new heaven and a new earth. Everything will be beautiful and life-giving. But some key elements will be missing. There will be no more sea, for I will remove all the danger and fear it produced. There will be no more tears, or death, or sorrow, or pain, for anything that caused those emotions will be removed—gone forever! There will be no more thirst. I will quench your every need and desire.
There will also be no more sinful activity, for all evil and those who create it or pursue it will be gone. There will be no more temple. I will be forever present, and you can worship me fully. Darkness will be a thing of the past. Jesus is the light, and he will illuminate all places. Finally, there will be no need for locked doors. I will have eradicated evil. You can sleep in peace, knowing you are safe. I am all you will ever need. I will provide everything for you.
NEXT STEP
Jesus is preparing a place for you that will be indescribable. Identify things that bring you joy and peace and hope, and thank God for them. Thank him also that he will provide those things plus more for all eternity. Worship God for his beauty and power and might and goodness and kindness.
