IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
If you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath. If you think there’s no way to conquer what you’e facing, remember who I am. If others are telling you that you’re in over your head, look up. In all those instances, I am the one who can provide and guide. Regardless of what you’re facing or how you feel, I will never leave you. You can count on me today and always.

I am your shield who protects you. I am the one who lifts your head. When you cry out, I hear you. In fact, I’m the one who gives you strength to call to me. I sustain you, so look to me for delivery. When you are threatened by an enemy or pushed around, turn to me. I will fight your battles. I will give you victory. Turn your head from your enemy and turn your heart from doubt. I will go before you and will protect you.

Remind them you are there for support and take time to pray for them in their presence. Perhaps you’re the one that needs help? Share the details with a friend and ask for prayer.
