KEY VERSEPsalm 11:7
For the righteous Lord loves justice. The virtuous will see his face.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
You have no reason to run or fear. It’s common to feel afraid. I can imagine the temptation to do so, but I want to give you a new normal. I want to teach you to rest when others run. Use the temptation to run and hide as a trigger to turn to me instead. Every time you are afraid to deal with conflict or avoid a person, redirect your attention to me and seek wisdom and strength. I will not leave. I will be with you, and if you don’t know what to pray, the Spirit will give you words.

If someone seeks to harm you, they are foolish for they have forgotten who I am. I am on my throne and I will dispense judgment when it’s needed. I am righteous and I love justice. So do not plan a secret means of revenge or come up with a scheme to hurt another person. Instead, I want you to love others and trust me to bring judgement. I will bring it when the time is right. Trust me and wait.

NEXT STEP
Is there anyone in your life that you fear? Is there a troubling situation you’re afraid to address or a conflict you’re avoiding? Stop and pray. Give it to God and then take the necessary action steps.
