For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.
IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Stop running from me. I am not chasing you to hurt you. I want to protect you from your enemies and from yourself. Stop filling your mind with noise when I am seeking to get your attention. Listen to my still, small voice. There are times I will discipline you, but it is because I love you. Mostly, I want to tell you I love you and remind you I am always with you.
I want you to be able to pray with confidence, even when you don’t feel like it. I want you to pray with hope, even when you are in pain or it feels as if your world is collapsing. I give you peace and joy so you can trust me when you are frustrated or angry. Don’t rely on your circumstances to feel good. Trust me and follow me. I am with you always—even in your pain. I am not going anywhere.
NEXT STEP
Praise God and thank him for his faithfulness, even in the times you don’t feel like you have reasons to thank God. Things may be difficult but God remains faithful.
