IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
If you want to get the most out of life, pay attention to me. If you’re going to have success and leave an impact on what a life well-lived can accomplish, apply what I teach. The first instruction in life is this: get wisdom. No matter what it takes or what it costs, seek knowledge and understanding. The good news is my Bible is available. Read it, learn it, talk about it, memorize it, sing it—do whatever it takes so that my word comes to life in what you say and do and how you think.

What you consume with your eyes and mind is crucial because it molds and shapes your heart. Everything you do comes from your heart. So guard your heart. Protect it like the jewel it is. If you’re troubled or tempted by what you see in life, put on mental blinders. Look straight ahead—not to the right or left—so you won’t be distracted by your surroundings.

NEXT STEP
Is there an area of your life where you need wisdom? Pray for God’s help and reach out to others who have strength in that area. Ask them how they have found success.
