KEY VERSEProverbs 21:30
No human wisdom or understanding or plan can stand against the Lord.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do not resist me or fight me. Do not attempt to deceive me. I am all-knowing and everywhere present, so trying to mislead me is foolish. But be encouraged, for I am also loving and merciful. I want to be in a relationship with you. I want to lead you and build into your life. I want to empower you to accomplish great things in the world, things that have lasting value—not like much in the world that many pursue.

Pursue me instead. Learn to love my way and be blessed. You may think deception can help you acquire a fortune, but it is a lie and a trap. Don’t fall for it. Living with hope and peace is far more valuable. Imagine being with family and friends who love you and care for you. It’s priceless. When you pursue righteousness and love, you find life, prosperity, and honor. Don’t try to deceive me but do follow me.

NEXT STEP
Reflect on a time you knowingly made a poor choice. Is there anything you learned from that experience? Anything you are doing or want to do differently today?
