KEY VERSENumbers 21:8–9 (God to Moses)
Then the Lord told him, “Make a replica of a poisonous snake and attach it to a pole. All who are bitten will live if they simply look at it!” So Moses made a snake out of bronze and attached it to a pole. Then anyone who was bitten by a snake could look at the bronze snake and be healed!

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Look to me today. You don’t have to wait for a crisis. You don’t have to wait for a need. You don’t have to wait for when you’re in pain. I want to be in a relationship with you, so don’t wait. Look to me now and throughout the day. I love when you share how you’re feeling—the good and the bad. Speak to me without a filter. I know your true thoughts, so talk with me about them. Instead of spending time scheming how to get ahead or get back at someone, spend that time asking me for wisdom and direction. I want to give it—look to me for an answer.

I want you to know that I am your God and am with you at all times and in all circumstances. Whether a big problem or small, they all matter to me. Let me be your first response when you’re celebrating or sad. Look to me and let me lead you.

How many times a day do you think you think about or talk to God? Find out with a “God tracker” list. Keep a tally of how many times you think about God or speak with him. Evaluate your calculation at the end of the day. Are you encouraged, or is it a reminder to be more intentional in your relationship with God?
