IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do not be overwhelmed by the scope of any project in your life. Call on me to help. Don’t be discouraged by the magnitude of the work that has to get done. Rally others to get involved and review with them WHY you are doing what you’re doing. Then focus on a bit at a time. Cast vision regularly so people can see in their minds where they are going. Conversely, if the task is not intimidating, don’t think you don’t need me. Call on me then, as well. When I am your focus, it will keep you and everyone on task.

Don’t look down on those with a poor work ethic or anyone who doesn’t contribute. Instead, focus on your service and serve with a glad heart. Encourage your teammates and remind them why you’re doing what you’re doing. Ask how you can pray for them or how you can serve them. If they have a task, invite them to join you. If they have a prayer request, stop and pray for them. Focus on unity. Do not be divided.

NEXT STEP
Is there someone in your life who can use your help with a project at home or somewhere else? Volunteer to help and invite 2-3 others to join you. If possible, get something to eat afterward and enjoy being together.
