BIG IDEAGod receives all who turn to him, regardless of their past or current condition.

KEY VERSEMicah 4:1 (God to Micah)
In the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s house will be the highest of all— the most important place on earth. It will be raised above the other hills, and people from all over the world will stream there to worship.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do not be surprised by death, destruction, chaos, or confusion. Challenging, disturbing, and frustrating days are ahead. But don’t give up! I will be with you and will lead you through all trials. There will be times I protect you, and other times I will allow you to struggle and feel pain. But I will be with you–you can count on it. I do this to put you in places where you can offer hope and encouragement to others. There is always a reason for what you experience. Look to me and allow me to show you where and when to use your gifts.

In the end, people will look to me. I will receive praise. I will be exalted. Even though large groups of people reject me today, many will turn to me tomorrow. They may have avoided me in the past, but a day is coming when they will seek forgiveness. They will come in large numbers, and I will welcome them.

NEXT STEP
God never forgets. He is aware of the good and the bad in your life and will take care of you. Thank God for his love and pay attention to those around you. Ask someone who is discouraged if you can pray for them.
