KEY VERSELeviticus 25:17–18 (God to Israelites)
Show your fear of God by not taking advantage of each other. I am the Lord your God. If you want to live securely in the land, follow my decrees and obey my regulations.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I have destined you for freedom. I created you to be in a relationship with me, and nothing gives me more joy than saying you are my child. Jesus’ life and sacrifice provided a clear path to my arms. And even when you walk away, your return is always welcome. You can be confident I will be waiting for you. This is true freedom! You do not have to live a certain way to earn my love or gain access to my heart. Let my love be the foundation of your life so you can live with purpose and passion for others.

Treat others with the same kind of grace and care I’ve shown you. When you love and serve those I bring to you, you love and serve me. It will not always be easy to deny yourself or show kindness to those who don’t deserve it. No one deserves love, but everyone needs it. Receive my care and share it with others.

NEXT STEP
Thank God for the eternal rest and freedom Jesus gives you by extending love and forgiveness to others. Is there someone you need to forgive? Is there someone discouraged or lonely you can show kindness to? Is there a local prison in your area your church can serve?
