KEY VERSEJude 1:24-25 (Jude’s praise to God)
Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault. All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
You live in divisive times. You live in a culture where disagreement is the same as hatred. You live in an age where others twist my truth for personal gain. Following me in your world is considered offensive by the religious and the secular. Still, you must not fall. Do not turn away from my truth and embrace false teachings.

Rely on my Holy Spirit and pray always. Do not fall for the lie of immoral living. Do not align your self with those who use me to gain personal extravagant wealth or power. Stand firm with believers who serve me and follow me humbly with accountability, consistency, and maturity. Let the stink of pride, rebellion, lust, and gluttony disgust you, but passionately love those who are enslaved by such things.

Never forget that living without me is ultimately empty, destructive, and a waste of time. Be aware of the dangers of drifting off course, but do not live in fear. I can and will keep you from being devoured by false teachers as you walk with me and plant your roots deep into my soil.

NEXT STEP
Take a moment to think about how you are staying grounded in your relationship with God. Are you worshipping regularly with other believers at church? Are you spending personal time in God’s word and prayer consistently? Are you serving and supporting those around you and those in faraway places? Don’t do these things as an obligation; receive them as an invitation to invest in your relationship with God. Discuss with a trusted friend.
