IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I am strong and mighty, wise and loving. I am your Heavenly Father who wants you to know me and follow me. I want a deeper relationship with you and everyone you see. Sadly, I can be forgotten. When you are busy or consumed by the rhythms of life, you get distracted. Don’t get caught in that trap. Set reminders to trigger what is true about me. Review stories of ways I’ve provided for you and your family.
Don’t be lulled to sleep by predictable patterns. Renew your faith by trusting me each day. Take regular steps of faith so you have new stories to tell. Stories from the Bible are inspiring. Stories from your life strengthen your soul. Seek fresh encounters with me. Tell your friends and family my stories. Walk them through the Bible. Tell them what I’ve done in your life. And teach them to find me in their everyday coming-and-going. Remind them to listen and obey as I lead them. They will find me if they stop and look or listen.
Think of three faith stories from your life when God provided for you. Share one with someone today.
