KEY VERSEJeremiah 25:15–16 (God to Jeremiah)
This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, said to me: “Take from my hand this cup filled to the brim with my anger, and make all the nations to whom I send you drink from it. When they drink from it, they will stagger, crazed by the warfare I will send against them.”

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I am patient—exceedingly patient. But even I have a limit. I won’t tell you how many warnings or re-directions I will provide, but I will discipline you if you refuse to respond. Choose to obey me today. Once my judgment arrives, your opportunity to follow me will end. You will stagger and be overwhelmed by the weight of poor choices you have made. But it does not have to be that way. Here I am—again—inviting you to follow me. Walk with me, and I will lead you out of the darkness and into the light.

It comes down to learning to hear my voice. Practice paying attention. I may speak in a loud voice, or I may whisper. Listen for my whisper. If you are listening, you can hear me regardless of your surroundings. But take time to step out of the noise and enter a quiet place. Open my word and seek me. Spend time with like-minded people and learn from them. I am speaking to you and inviting you to follow me. Walk with me today.

NEXT STEP
Is there anything you know you should do that you continue to ignore? Ask God for strength, ask friends to pray, and then step out in faith. God will guide you today. Dare to trust him and obey.
