KEY VERSEIsaiah 50:10 (Isaiah to Israel)
Who among you fears the Lord and obeys his servant? If you are walking in darkness, without a ray of light, trust in the Lord and rely on your God.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I knock on the door of your heart. I call your name and nudge and prod you to get your attention. I see all that’s going on in your life. I hear your frustration, and I see your look of despair. Come to me in prayer so that your worry can transform to praise. Ask me to carry your load. I want you to call on my name and seek my help. I am here. I am waiting.

Have you forgotten what I’ve done throughout history? The Bible stories are true. My miracles are genuine, and my power is unfathomable. I haven’t lost strength through the ages or the capacity to care. I haven’t grown indifferent towards you, nor have I become too busy. I have time to help you. I have the resources. And, mostly, I want to provide for you today. I love you and am here for you. Turn to me. Stop trying to do everything on your own.

NEXT STEP
Identify 2-3 things that you think about and worry about over and over and over. Every time you think of them today, pray about them. Don’t just ask God for help; thank him that he can. Thank him for his power and might and strength and willingness to help.
