KEY VERSEHaggai 1:7 (God to Israel)
This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Look at what’s happening to you!

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Give careful thought to what you plan and what you do. Just as you may be easily motivated to follow me with great intentionality, you may be quickly distracted. Take time to plan your day and reflect when it is over. Include me in the planning and invite me to speak to you about your day. I want what is best for you, and I know when you make your priority—when you put the big rocks in first—everything else fits around it.

I want to be the big rocks in your life. I say that because I love you and know if you focus on me and allow me to be more of a priority in what you say, think, and do, your life will be different. I did not say it would be perfect or even comfortable. But you will have a great deal of satisfaction when you surrender to me each day. Do that now.

NEXT STEP
Have you set aside any commitments you made to God or started ignored healthy habits? Restart today. Don’t try to do everything, but focus on putting God first in one area and watch how God responds.
