IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
“Do not be afraid” and “fear not” are phrases you will find throughout my Bible. I know the value of repetition, and this is a message I want to etch across your heart and mind. You will experience fear and anxiety in life, and that’s both OK and healthy. But in those moments, I want you to remember my presence and power. I am the one you both want and need. I am your shield and your great reward. Turn to me in those moments. Do not run in fear.
Do not be overwhelmed by your enemy or the task before you. I am a miracle maker, and I am all you need. Know me. Know my word. Know my power. Be the person of peace amid turmoil and tell others they can have a relationship with me, too. I am with you today and always. Go forward in faith. Do not be afraid. Fear not.
Is there something causing you concern? Are you anxious about anything? Write it out on a piece of paper. Then write the words from verse 1 with a dark marker across that fear, symbolizing your commitment to put your trust in God.
