BIG IDEAWalk by faith, not by sight.

KEY VERSE: Genesis 12:4 (Abram’s obedience)
So Abram departed as the Lord had instructed, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do you hear my voice? I am speaking to you all the time. I am leading you. I am preparing you for a life of faithfulness, one that gives you both freedom and confidence to follow me. I know the standard excuses: your age, your inexperience, your life circumstances, your health, your fear. This may not surprise you, but I can help you overcome all of those things. Faith is trusting me despite what surrounds you. Faith is looking at those things straight in the eye and saying, “I choose to trust God.”

It comes down to whether or not you can trust me. I am trustworthy. Trust me. I have plans for you. Trust me. I will provide for you. Trust me. I will guide you. Trust me. I will never leave you. Trust me. Experience life the way I intended. Follow me and experience more than you thought possible.

NEXT STEP
There is blessing in obedience. Has God been nudging or prompting you to do something or say something? Count the cost of obeying God versus not obeying God. It’s risky either way, so step out in faith and see what God has for you.
