KEY VERSEEzra 10:1 (Ezra and others pray and confess)
While Ezra prayed and made this confession, weeping and lying face down on the ground in front of the Temple of God, a very large crowd of people from Israel—men, women, and children—gathered and wept bitterly with him.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
It is never too late to change. You are never too far gone or beyond help. With me, there is always hope. No matter what you’ve done or how you live, the clock is still ticking. There is time! Fear my commands and turn to me. My arms are open wide, ready to receive you. If the sin you struggle with is before you, turn around. Turn away from it and to me. I love you and am ready to receive you.

You never know how others may respond, but your actions might inspire them to do the same. Share your story. Tell them what you are doing and why. Help them know that you are choosing me and my way. Invite them to follow your example—cast vision for a life where you live for me together. I have plans for you and want to include all those around you. But regardless of how others act, don’t wait. Follow me and let my Spirit draw others.

NEXT STEP
Identify a sin or temptation with which you struggle. Put together a plan to remove yourself from that sin or temptation. Ask God for help and ask friends to hold you accountable.
