Every day you are to provide a year-old lamb without defect for a burnt offering to the Lord; morning by morning you shall provide it.
IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
I want your life to be full of worship. Every day rise and offer it to me. Thank me for giving you a new day and acknowledge my power and protection. At midday, reflect on who I am and what I am doing in your midst. Don’t be so consumed with your tasks that you ignore how I am leading you. And in the evening, remember all I have done. Sing songs of praise and tell stories of my faithfulness and my provision. Worship me for who I am and all I have done.
This can be the rhythm of your life. I want to teach you to see me and hear me. I want to help you follow me whether you have set aside time to seek me or you are in the middle of a task. Call on me at all times and in all things. Let your times of play, work, study, or tasks be acts of worship. When you focus on me or praise me or seek me, you are worshipping. That is a wise and healthy way to live.
NEXT STEP
Set aside time every day to spend with God. Don’t limit worship to Sunday at church. Worship God everyday through song, Bible reading, prayer…and any other means that helps you praise God and learn from him. (Great job doing that today!)
