KEY VERSEEzekiel 17:22 (God to Israel [the exiles in Assyria])
This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “I will take a branch from the top of a tall cedar, and I will plant it on the top of Israel’s highest mountain.”

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do not be overwhelmed or overcome with fear because of what is happening in the world or your life. Instead, seek me for wisdom and next steps. The world always has an elaborate plan with all kinds of guarantees, but read the fine print. There is always a catch, leaving you defeated and back where you started. Don’t get desperate. Instead, focus on me. Turn your eyes away from your problems and onto me. It does not mean you pretend to be OK. It simply means you recognize I am the one who can provide your solution.

Sometimes my plans may seem small and insignificant, but they produce great things. Follow me and let me show you all you need. Your prayer will take root and produce fruit. Your acts of service will show my love and inspire others. Your worship will calm your heart and give you peace of mind. Seek me and my plan first and foremost. There is no fine print.

NEXT STEP
Don’t focus on your problems or challenges. Look to God for hope and resolution. If you are worried or anxious today, let that prompt you to turn to God, praise him for his power, and pray for his help.
