KEY VERSE2 Kings 3:17–18 (Elisha to King Jehoram)
You will see neither wind nor rain, says the Lord, but this valley will be filled with water. You will have plenty for yourselves and your cattle and other animals. But this is only a simple thing for the Lord, for he will make you victorious over the army of Moab!

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Seek me, and you will live. I may not always provide what you expect or desire in your way or timing, but I will provide what you need when you need it. Others may want you to go in the opposite direction from where I am guiding. Ignore them—or encourage them to join you. But focus on me and continue to seek me throughout your day and journey. Discipline your eyes and mind to find and follow me.

I find it peculiar that people ignore me when I’ve provided countless times in the past. Don’t be like them. Think of all the ways I’ve provided in the past and talk about them with others. Keep a list in a journal and review it from time to time. Doing so will build your faith and give you confidence. Trust me and find peace, blessing, and fulfillment. Follow me and enjoy the adventure. I can and will give you hope.

NEXT STEP
Practice seeking God first in all decisions you make today—big or small. Get in the habit of seeking God’s wisdom until it becomes second nature.
