IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
You know my character and my qualities. There is no one like me on earth or in the heavens. I sent Jesus to you to provide a way to pay for sin’s penalty. I love you, and I show my unfailing love to all who turn to me. I hear all prayer requests, so speak to me humbly yet with boldness and urgency. I am a promise keeper you can count on. I am listening, so talk to me today.
At the same time, show me you love me. I hear all prayers, and I am eager to respond, but I am not a slot machine. Do you love me? Pivot around to me. Turn with your whole heart and follow me. I don’t want to bless your will and way, but I do want to empower you as you seek me and my way. Stop wasting your time with bright lights and loud voices. Find me in a quiet place. Hear my voice when you tune out all others.
