KEY VERSE2 Chronicles 32:7 (Hezekiah to soldiers)
Be strong and courageous! Don’t be afraid or discouraged because of the king of Assyria or his mighty army, for there is a power far greater on our side!

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Humbly seek me and give me praise, for I will provide for you. Your enemies are loud and will have success. They will boast of their strength, but I will have the ultimate victory. Trust me in the hard times and worship me through the challenges. Cry out to me, for I will bring you hope and comfort. Be strong and courageous! Your enemy is a mere human, and I am the Lord God.

Stay humble and seek me in all that you do. Be thankful and acknowledge what I am doing in your life and the world. Be alert, for your enemy will test you in numerous and creative ways. The greatest thing you can do—with the most prolonged effect and impact—is to worship me. Yes, I want you to sing and proclaim what is right. Yes, I want you to serve me with a glad heart. But choosing to follow and obey me is your highest expression of praise. It communicates to all that I am your focus, regardless of how others feel or what they do. Be strong and courageous, and follow me today.

NEXT STEP
Stay humble and alert by investing in a relationship of transparency and truth. Invite a close friend to speak freely into your life. Listen and prayerfully consider what your friend says. Compare your friend’s insight with what God says in the Bible.
