KEY VERSE2 Chronicles 20:17 (Prophet to residents of Judah)
But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the Lord’s victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you!

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do not be afraid or intimidated by anyone. Keep your eyes on me, and I will provide direction and deliverance. But don’t do this by yourself. Be vulnerable and share what’s going on with others. Let them know what concerns you, and invite them to pray with you. Cry out to me together, and wait for me to respond. I may guide you towards a specific task or have you wait, but do whatever it is with wide eyes and a full heart of praise.

Give me thanks and sing of my faithfulness. Talk about who I am and how I’ve provided in the past. Share your hope and expectation, but acknowledge your trust in me. The ending you envision may not be the one I have for you, but trust me, no matter what. I know what you need before you ask, I love you, and I am always at work, so trust me regardless of the results.

NEXT STEP
Is there anything that terrifies or intimidates you? Follow Jehoshaphat’s example and cry out to God and invite others to join you in prayer and fasting. Then follow through on whatever task God has provided with praise in your heart and on your lips.
