IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
There will be many times a way seems right to you, but don’t only trust your gut, seek me. I may have prompted or nudged you in a specific direction, at one point in your life, but that decision may not be best for you now. Take time to stop and look to me. Read my word. Review your thoughts with trusted friends who also follow me. You can call on me in the big decisions and the small. I care about everything you do, and I have insight I love to share.

Look to me in troubling times. Don’t try to solve problems on your own. I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. You have seen my faithfulness in the past—in your life and others. I will prove myself faithful today. Don’t give up hope. Don’t think I am not interested in your life. I am here now. Call on me.

NEXT STEP
Sometimes the best thing you can do when you are overwhelmed or feeling down is to take a nap. Get physical rest, eat healthy food, and drink lots of water. Then take time to pray. Wait and listen. Be patient. Don’t make any significant decisions when you are down or overwhelmed.
