KEY VERSE1 Samuel 21:12 (David’s spiritual low)
David heard these comments and was very afraid of what King Achish of Gath might do to him.

IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Do not be overcome with fear or worry. I am here. You will face trials and challenges, but you will never meet them on your own. I have always been with you, and I am even with you in the midst of your trial. You may feel alone, but you are not. Look to your left and your right. I am there. Look above you and below. I am everywhere—present and ready to guide you. Follow me.

Let feelings of worry or stress remind you to turn to me. Bring everything to me. Seek my leadership today. You will be tempted to panic or to find alternative ways to get things done. You will have options on how to respond today, but choose the ones I offer. Don’t accept the enemy’s strategy. His shortcut leads to a dead end. My way always leads to life. It may appear overwhelming, but I will give you precisely what you need when you need it.

NEXT STEP
Think of something difficult in your life that you want to quit or cheat to succeed. Talk to God about it and ask him to give you strength and wisdom. Ask God to fill you with his Holy Spirit. Ask him for eyes and ears to see and hear his instruction.
