IF GOD WROTE YOU A LETTER
Life does not have to be so puzzling. Don’t make it complicated. Here’s the simple formula: choose to follow me and be blessed. Or ignore me and suffer the consequences. I will not harm you—the world and its system will do that. I seek to protect you and want to bless you, but I cannot make you obey. You have a choice, but I want you to see that I am the obvious choice.

You see it time and time again: there are blessings in obedience and discipline for disobedience. Walk with me. Follow me. Live according to my plan and trust me for the results. Things may end differently than you hoped or expected, but you and your family will be blessed when you choose me. This is so important to me because I love you. And I know the enemy’s plan. It’s the same plan from the beginning—make sin attractive and hide the consequences. Don’t fall for that simple trap. Follow me and let me guide you.

NEXT STEP
Who are the one, two, or three people whose faith you admire? Seek an opportunity to have a conversation with each of them. Ask how they have grown their faith. Ask how they’ve avoided temptation. Ask if you can contact them again to get their opinion on future challenges or opportunities you may face.
