Gregg has served as a pastor for more than 25 years and has experience making disciples at small, medium, and large churches while leading in urban and suburban settings. He also knows what it’s like to be stuck or stalled.

He currently serves as a Campus Pastor at Shelter Rock Church on Long Island, NY. Previously, Gregg planted a church in New York City, developed the intern program at Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church, and led the student ministry at the cross-cultural Antioch Bible Church in the Seattle suburbs.

Gregg has served with Slingshot Group for the last nine years, a church staffing and coaching organization committed to building remarkable teams.

Gregg’s most valuable quality is his amazing wife, Janine. They have been married 30 years and have three incredible daughters who make them laugh and inspire them.
